Your local concierge with international expertise

Real estate agency specialized in holiday rentals and concierge services

Our commitment

Keys Concept, partner of your serenity

Whether you are a homeowner or a traveler, you have one thing in common: a need for serenity. Homeowners want to be able to rent out their property without worrying about all the work before, during, and after the rental. Travelers want to enjoy a pleasant stay, lack nothing, and feel at home.

Our purpose can therefore be summed up as this: take care of everything and do it so well that you only have to let yourself be carried.

Since we are on site, we can gladly welcome you at our offices to take the time to answer your questions and advise you. We want you to leave with clear ideas (and a smile!).

Expertise

The passion for travel, the experience of local real estate

To deliver extraordinary services in holiday rentals, we firmly believe that real estate expertise alone is not enough: you must have been a traveler yourself and stayed in short‑term rental properties.

Traveling across the globe, we have stayed in a wide variety of rentals. In South Africa, the USA, Europe, the Middle East… we have observed, compared and admired. We noted the demands and expectations unique to each culture. We felt what travelers need. Then we were inspired.

It is from this life experience, this passion for travel, that our attention to detail comes, delighting our owners and their travelers.

Of course, Keys Concept also has strong expertise in the local rental market. We are based in Juan-les-Pins and also master the Antibes and Cannes area. Our advice will be valuable to you.
